Thank you for participating in the USPS Household Diary Study !

icon paper penWith the information you and 5,000 other households across the country provide, the Postal Service can make wise decisions about postage rates and staffing needs to ensure an efficient national mail system.

This study is purely a research effort and any information you provide will be held strictly confidential. For more information about the study, visit the Survey Website: USPS Diary Study. You can also call the Survey Hotline at 1-888-441-8777.

For this study, you will use diaries to answer questions about the mail your household receives and sends for a week. Please note, the study captures information about household mail, so don’t include any mail you receive at your place of business, or mail you receive at your home address that’s for a home-based business. Also, please don’t include any mail that you receive at a post office box.
